Main properties of peppermint essential oil in aromatherapy:

Digestive, detoxifying, anti-nausea, refreshing, toning, nasal decongestant, antiseptic (especially intestinal).

Side properties of peppermint essential oil:

Anti-inflammatory, expectorant, mucolytic, anesthetic, analgesic, limit perspiration.

Directions for use of peppermint essential oil:

Digestive and stimulating for the liver, peppermint essential oil is particularly effective in the case of bloating, indigestion, liver crisis, bad breath, vomiting, and flatulence.
