The units of Waterpik dental water flosser sold in Canada and the United States are for use in these countries alone. Even with the use of a converter, the 60/hertz/frequency and 120 voltage rates are not compatible with international currents. This Waterpik is amazing. I had periodontal pockets of 4mm and 5mm due to a lack of flossing and also noticed some bone loss. There was a need to get clean for a deep gum pocket that was very uncomfortable. I did not like flossing and would find myself not wanting to floss though I needed it very much. Because I was going through the initial stages of periodontal ailment, my gums were swollen, red, and inflamed.
